Say yes to the dress!

So mom had pretty much decided on me for Britt's wedding photographer, but I still jumped at the chance to meet the bride. I was already in Boise, so I met them at Chic Boutique (super cute store in the 8th St. Marketplace!) while she was trying on her dress again, before all going to lunch. I brought my camera and just took a couple candids. Can you guess which dress she chose? 

 She wanted a vintage feel, with a modern twist, so I played around in photoshop and came up with this 'look/treatment' for her. Love it! (so did she!) Looking forward to Britt's wedding in Sept here in Sun Valley!!

So my cabin story finally got published! Of course for all the time I spent on it, I wish they had used more, but that's how it goes with magazines. It was fun working with Robin on this story and she made it a lot less like work, and I loved hanging with each of these families. That's what makes the cabin, btw, is the family and friends you surround yourself with while you're in it!

Lots of laughing. Lots of snow!

Ok, so I didn't have any fun with the Sword kids.. ha! We couldn't believe how much it was snowing, so we just embraced it. Mom called for a portrait of the kids for a surprise gift for dad. They must be so proud to have 3 great kids like this. He's gonna love it!.....

Behind the Scenes

I was on B-Roll (my video debut!) for the Shook Twins new music video - so here is a behind the scenes view......these girls are amazing and have the voices of, um, twin angles.....Thanks to Merideth and the awesome crew at Chandi for set design in the middle of her chandelier factory/design/showroom! And the amazing edit by Shanti! She also is designing websites - if you don't have one - you need one.

Shook Twins music video stills

Just got back from Boise where we shot the new Shook Twins music video. In between shooting B-roll on video, I managed to get a couple stills behind the scenes. Shanti produced and edited the video - (stay tuned!), and we shot after hours in Chandiland. These girls are amazingly talented, and you will be hearing from them!

Tony Robbins Platinum Club

So the last 4 days I've been shooting for the Tony Robbins Platinum Club - all the photos are private (if I showed you I'd have to shoot you), but here are a couple from the fireworks show in the snowstorm up at Roundhouse. It was really great hanging with all these people. Remarkable.
