2 photo shoots for Amy

We're doing Amy's big extended family tomorrow, but she really wanted a full family portrait session, and knowing we were dealing with a rambunctious little girl with short attention spans, we scheduled some time the evening before. Good idea. The colors are beautiful this time of year at Adams Gulch.....

omg - look how cute Amy's little bear is!

Making Mom Cry for Christmas

Todd hates having his picture taken? and that's why his midwest mom doesn't have ANY pictures of her only son. Well, if you want to count that one high school portrait..ug
So, I'm here to help. We took the dogs for a walk out Adams Gulch and got lots of candids and doggie portaits, too. We both think mom's gonna love this portrait of Todd and the 'grandkids'.

The pleasure of repeat clients

I have the pleasure of seeing Dan's family grow up, since he calls me almost once a year for a family portrait. Always an honor. We decide to shake it up a bit and head up Adams Gulch. Since I give them all the high res images on a disc, they can make Christmas cards, prints, large canvases - whatever they want.

The light gets magic down by the river towards the end of the day!
