Jenna and Tony's wedding

Uncle Mark, a costume designer, made the wedding dress....

Tony comes from a large Italian family - love them!!
the bridal party took the windy city trolly to the church

if these guys weren't so nice this could be a scene out of the godfather?

the groom is psyched!

Little Addy steals everyone's heart - she stole mine this summer when I was visiting the family to meet Jenna & Tony

the bridal party were good sports and the girls braved the cold without coats! Way to go!

working on the edge of light can be very romantic....

one of my favorites - the bridal party dashing through the snow in their stilettos

the bride's secret weapon

then to the Drake Hotel & the grand ballroom - I've never seen anything like it! wow!

and then we danced the night away to one of the best bands ever! But the band can't do it alone - and these people know how to have fun & party!

then for the after party we moved to the room next door with a juke box and where hot dogs, french fries, and other midnight snacks were served (to soak up some of the merriment?)

I grabbed Jenna and Tony for one last portrait (at 1:30am)......
...and that's a wrap on one of the funnest weddings ever -
Tony & Jenna - you're awesome and two of the most thoughtful and considerate people I've ever met. Cheers to both of you and your lives together. At some point during the weekend I secretly adopted these two big colorful families - love them all!

Thia--I'm speechless and tearing up at how beautifully you've captured just these few special moments. Can't wait to see the rest. Note to self: Stop at store for extra Kleenex . . .

Thanks for taking the time and being patient with us. Words cannot describe how lucky we are to have you capture those once in a lifetime moments of my daughters and son in laws big day. Thanks a million! Michael
