Lots of laughing. Lots of snow!

Ok, so I didn't have any fun with the Sword kids.. ha! We couldn't believe how much it was snowing, so we just embraced it. Mom called for a portrait of the kids for a surprise gift for dad. They must be so proud to have 3 great kids like this. He's gonna love it!.....

Lifestyle portraits for some great kids

Last year we did some lifestyle portraits for Heather of her kids in the winter, so this year we caught the last of the fall colors. Not only are these kids easy on the eyes (makes my job easy!), they are nice, articulate, and courteous. Mom doesn't spoil these kids all willy-nilly: the kids have to earn their activities by maintaining a 4.0 grade average.
Way to go kids & mom!!!! Seriously.

Sam I am!

So when I first got there, Sam said "NO PICTURES OF ME!" Hmmm, so I had to put down my cameras and play for a bit. Then he forgot about it and he let me 'track' him throughout his grandmother's backyard.

He said there were 'naked monsters' in the bushes

We asked him how old he was. He counted until he was 17.

He calls his camera his grandma - one in the same- since his grandmother is the famous photographer Diana Walker, and comes with a camera hanging around her neck. No doubt a Leica.

Kids portraits

It's so great to see Wendy's kids grow up every year. That is one of the great pleasures of my job. She makes great Christmas cards from my photos, too.
