Lifestyle portraits for some great kids

Last year we did some lifestyle portraits for Heather of her kids in the winter, so this year we caught the last of the fall colors. Not only are these kids easy on the eyes (makes my job easy!), they are nice, articulate, and courteous. Mom doesn't spoil these kids all willy-nilly: the kids have to earn their activities by maintaining a 4.0 grade average.
Way to go kids & mom!!!! Seriously.

Timmy the horse joins the family

Timmy the horse came all the way over from Holland (by boat or plane? I'm not sure..) to join the Shcriber family. What a handsome horse!! His fur? was as soft as velvet. The grandkids love him too...

did some doggie portraits to round out the photo session

Cats and Horses are family, too

I assured Heather that it was not unusual to squeeze three fluffy persians and a horse into the family christmas card. Heck, I've shot the Mystic Family with 4 dogs and a horse all at once!
But it does help having really gorgeous clients - team effort on this one. And her kids were exceptionally curteous & respectful - so good to see. Good job mom!! Heather is helping open the cool new restaurant in town, Sego, that everyone is buzzing about. The food comes directly from local farmers and I can't wait for the deck in the summer!!
